I’ve heard about migrant care worker exploitation, what are the considerations for me?

Unfortunately due to factors like the lack of regulatory process, limited government oversight and a complicated processes, over the last 2 years there has been a large increase in migrant care worker exploitation. This has resulted in a large increase in modern slavery cases reported across the UK.

At Borderless, we champion the rights of individuals and stand against all forms of unethical and exploitative behaviour. Check out our blog posts to learn more about our work to reduce exploitation and improve transparency within the care sector.

As a care provider, how does Home Office compliance work?
